Property Condition Assessments, LLC (PCA) is a
national architectural and engineering consulting firm that provides physical due
diligence services to the institutional real estate investment and lending industries. PCA
currently has full-time openings for the following senior-level professionals in its
California, Maryland, and Georgia offices.
Compensation is commensurate with experience.

Registered
Architect
Candidates must possess the following experience:
- A 4-year architectural degree
- Minimum of 15 years' experience in a broad range of
activities, including design, construction oversight, forensics, and project management
- Minimum of 5 years' experience performing
preacquisition-oriented building condition assessments for institutional clientele on a
wide range of product types including office, industrial, retail, hospitality, and
multifamily residential

Professional
Engineer
Candidates must possess the following experience:
- A 4-year degree in mechanical (HVAC) or electrical
engineering- or construction-related discipline
- Minimum of 15 years' experience in a broad range of
activities, including design, construction oversight, forensics, and project management
- Minimum of 5 years' experience performing
preacquisition-oriented building condition assessments for institutional clientele on a
wide range of product types including office, industrial, retail, hospitality, and
multifamily residential
For both positions, and in addition to the experience
requirements noted above, candidates must possess the following skills/characteristics:
- Exceptional writing and grammatical skills (mandatory;
others need not apply)
- Exceptional verbal communication skills (mandatory;
others need not apply)
- A desire to excel and make a strong contribution to a
high-quality-oriented, growth-oriented organization
- A strong orientation towards customer service
- The ability to meet highly stringent deadlines, without
exception
- Computer literacy (intermediate or better knowledge) on a
Windows-based platform in such programs as MS Word, Excel, FileMaker Pro, etc.
