and financial draw requests, and final punch list walk-throughs and wrap-up reports.

Air Quality Assessments
Condition and operations review of mechanical systems,
ventilation effectiveness, filtration efficiency, outside air quantity and sources, HVAC
system control, and maintenance practices. Also incorporated is PCAs opinion of
general compliance with the American Society of Heating, Refrigeration, and Air
Conditioning Engineers (ASHRAE) standards and guidelines. Review may also include specific
air quality sampling.
