PCA performed a portfolio-wide assessment of the Landmark Data Center portfolio, a 7-property engagement totaling approximately 452,106 square feet across data center facilities in seven states. Construction dates span from 1980 to 2011, and individual sub-property sizes range from 18,082 to 132,000 square feet.

Across each sub-property, PCA conducted architectural and structural-seismic assessments, roofing evaluations, Phase I Environmental Site Assessments under ASTM E1527 protocols, and public records reviews. The uniform scope produced parallel property-condition findings, environmental risk positions, and remaining-useful-life projections at each location, giving the client a portfolio-wide view of capital-planning needs and recognized environmental conditions across data center holdings of varied vintage and geography.
