Registered Architect Employment Opportunity
All Candidates for This Position Must Possess the Following Experience:
A Four-Year Architectural Degree
A Minimum of 15 Years’ Experience in a Broad Range of Activities, including Design, Construction Oversight, Forensics, & Project Management
A Minimum of Five Years’ Experience Performing Pre-Acquisition-Oriented Building Condition Assessments for Institutional Clientele on a Wide Range of Product Types, including Office, Industrial, Retail, Hospitality, and Multifamily Residential
Professional Engineer Employment Opportunity
All Candidates for This Position Must Possess the Following Experience:
A Four-Year Degree in Mechanical (HVAC) or Electrical Engineering or a Construction-Related Discipline
A Minimum of 15 Years’ Experience in a Broad Range of Activities, including Design, Construction Oversight, Forensics, & Project Management
A Minimum of 5 Years’ Experience Performing Pre-Acquisition-Oriented Building Condition Assessments for Institutional Clientele on a Wide Range of Product Types, including Office, Industrial, Retail, Hospitality, & Multifamily Residential
