PCA performed a residential due-diligence engagement at 27 Vista Del Golfo in Long Beach, California. The property is a single-family residence with waterfront frontage requiring focused evaluation of the shoreline protection structure rather than a full building-systems review.

PCA’s scope consisted of a seawall assessment. The team observed and documented the condition of the seawall, identifying visible distress and factors relevant to its continued service. Findings gave the client a documented basis for evaluating near-term repair priorities and longer-term reserve planning for the shoreline structure.
