Our Projects

PCA performed a portfolio-wide assessment of the ADP Data Center Portfolio, a 2-property engagement covering twin office/data center facilities in Sioux Falls, South Dakota and Alpharetta, Georgia. Both sub-properties were constructed in 2006 and each totals approximately 184,000 square feet, for a combined 368,000 square feet across the engagement.

At each sub-property, PCA conducted architectural and roofing assessments and reviewed the client-provided zoning and parking documentation. The consolidated deliverable produced parallel condition findings across the matched-pair facilities, giving the client a single portfolio-level view of repair priorities and roof-system replacement timing applicable to the company’s contemporary data center holdings.
