PCA performed a portfolio-wide assessment of the Liquid Web Portfolio, a 4-property data center engagement totaling approximately 139,598 square feet, with all sub-properties located in Michigan. Construction dates range from 1989 to 2001 and individual sub-property sizes range from 15,952 to 70,992 square feet.
At each sub-property, PCA conducted architectural and roofing assessments and reviewed the client-provided zoning and parking documentation. The consolidated deliverable produced parallel property-condition findings and roof-system inventories across the engagement, giving the client a portfolio-level view of repair priorities and capital-planning considerations across the Michigan data center holdings.
