Property Condition Assessments, LLC Acquires Binary Group, Inc. to Expand Government Sector Services

May 31, 2024 – Property Condition Assessments (PCA), a leading national architectural and engineering consulting firm with over 27 years of industry expertise, is pleased to announce the acquisition of Binary Group, Inc., an award-winning, woman-owned business recognized for its transformational work in the federal government sector.
